House rules:

Smoking: Not allowed, Pets Allowed under request

Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.

Age restriction: The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old.

Included in price: Bedlinen, Towels.

Extras: Internet Cable: 60 € per month. The final cleaning of the apartment after your departure is not included. Depending on the state of the apartment it will be from 80 euros up.

Form of payment upon arrival: Cash. Rentals with a duration of more than 3 months will be charged on arrival for the first 2 months. The rest can be paid each month depending on the guarantees offered.

Others: The cost of supplies is estimated to be €130/month. Upon arrival customers will need to make a reading of the relevant meters. The actual expenditure may be higher or lower than the estimate depending on level of consumption.

Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 1960.

Payment method: Cash. Refund: Between 15 and 45 days after departure.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 13:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Later arrivals (evening) have no extra charge if arranged in advance. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
