House rules:

Age restriction: The reservation holder must be at least 18 years old.

Extras: Internet WiFi: 2 € per day.

Form of payment upon arrival: Cash. Rentals with a duration of more than 3 months will be charged on arrival for the first 2 months. The rest can be paid each month depending on the guarantees offered.

Others: The cost of supplies is estimated to be €150/month. Upon arrival customers will need to make a reading of the relevant meters. The actual expenditure may be higher or lower than the estimate depending on level of consumption.

Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 1200.

Payment method: Cash. Refund: Last day in the accommodation.

Tourist Tax:

A tourism tax of €2.48 per person per night is included in the price.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 16:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 21:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 16:00 h. Departures before 08:00h have an extra charge of €30. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
