It is 80 m 2 and has a microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, Wi-Fi Internet and TV cable with Netflix.
The apartment is located in the district of Horta, very close to the metro station "El Carmel", which is on the blue line, which will take you to the centre of Barcelona. It is a neighborhood full of shops and life with everything you will need.
The neighbours are people from Barcelona, people who have lived in Horta and also young couples with children who are moving to this area for its tranquility. The buildings are 3-5 floors as there are not many tourists and the people are hard-working and educated. The street parking is free and secure.
Years ago, it was normal in Barcelona for small traders to trade in the front of their house and at the rear of the house on the ground floor. This accommodation was one of the houses who traded at the back of he house on the ground floor. The street is very quiet and some little commercial shops became homes.
