The area is very calm and the studio is only 15 minutes away from the centre of the city by foot. In the same street you have all the necessary commodities like supermarkets, shops, and two metro stations at only two minutes away.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Arrivals after 23:00h have an additional charge is €50. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Departures before 09:00h have an extra charge of €40. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected). Late departures have a supplement of 30 €.
