Description and details

Quiet apartment next to the beach with 2 bedrooms. The main one has 2 separate single beds and the second one is a smaller room with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It is ideal for accommodating 3 or 4 people. There is well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a microwave, coffeemaker, kettle and all the utensils you may need during your stay. It also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, cable TV, iron and a washing machine.

This apartment is located next to the beach of Barceloneta, just 2 minutes walking. It is also very close to el Born, one of the most charming neighborhoods of the city and where the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Mar is located.

Others: The cost of supplies is estimated to be €160/month. Upon arrival customers will need to make a reading of the relevant meters. The actual expenditure may be higher or lower than the estimate depending on level of consumption.

Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 2200.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 50 €. Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge is €70. Keys will be delivered in the property.
