Description and details
Design apartment very well connected to the center located near the Univesitaria de les Corts area and the Sant Joan de Deu hospital.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large and bright living room-kitchen. It is a third floor with elevator completely renovated in February 2019. All the furniture, facilities and equipment are new. The paintings are oil paintings made by hand.
The common area of the apartment has an entire wall of aluminum carpentry with double glazing that leads to a large patio with lots of natural light. It has two sofas and a modern television cabinet with a system that allows the smart TV to rotate at an angle of 180º. The oven, the microwave, the induction hob and the fridge-freezer are integrated into the kitchen furniture. It has kitchen and dining room furniture, as well as a toaster, kettle, cafeteria, washing machine and high quality internet (fiber optic).
The double room is a suite with TV and access a bathroom with shower. It has a mattress and mattress system that allows you to convert two single beds into a comfortable double bed. There are two small closets, a bedside table and an automatic opening shutter. The window faces the same patio as the living room.
The two individual rooms are identical in equipment and size. Each of them has a large wardrobe, TV and a table and study chair. The single beds have a canapé to guard things. The blinds are automatic opening.
The apartment is very well connected to the center. It has two subway stops of two different lines: "Can Vidalet" 300 m from Line 5 or blue and "Can Serra" 400 m from Line 1 or red. This allows you to reach any part of Barcelona quickly by metro. 50 m from the apartment there is a good supermarket.
Can Vidalet is a good neighborhood full of shops of all kinds. The area has many public facilities and services: Can Vidalet municipal market (200 m), La Bóbila library (200 m), Can Planes sports center (200 m), Can Vidalet health center (200 m) and the new Can Finestrelles shopping center (600 m).
