Top 10 Things mostly forgotten while packing

Don't let forgetfulness ruin your holiday!

Did you know that 41% of travellers forget something when they go on holiday? Depending on what you forget, it can have a trivial or large impact on whether or not you enjoy your vacation. Because we want you to have a great time when you stay in one of our Barcelona apartments, we've prepared a list of the most common things that are forgotten when packing, so that you can avoid making the same mistakes.

The top offenders of forgotten objects

Most commonly people forget things like toiletries (for example toothpaste and shampoo), these aren't such a big deal as you can easily find them in nearby supermarkets. Other items of this kind include socks, shaving equipment, and toothbrushes.

Forgetting these might be annoying

Things that might cause you a bigger annoyance are objects that aren't easily replaced with abroad, like forgetting to pack electronics chargers or losing out on holiday memories because you forgot to pack your camera. You can travel without them, but it might affect how you enjoy your vacation! Don't forget them! Most people also forget that Barcelona is a very fashionable city, so if you want to pack the right clothes, then this article about packing clothes for Barcelona

Disaster!! Do not forget these items

Finally there are the essentials. Which you'll find on the image above. It's pretty self-explanatory, if you travel without these, your holiday has the potential to be ruined completely. Also remember to pack spare passport photos and backup documents like a birth certificate in case you lose your passport. This will make the dreaded process of replacing your passport go a lot more smoothly.

And remember, if you stay in an apartment, you'll usually have access to a washing machine. You can pack less clothes and focus more on the essential items and things that will help you enjoy your holiday more. Here are some great apartments with a washing machine.
