This small apartment of 60 m², very bright and fully furnished, is ideal for 6 people. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a double sofa bed placed in the comfortable living room – dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, and an independent and excellently equipped kitchen (plates and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine). Linen and towels are provided and included in the price there is also a washing machine, heating, WiFi and TV.
The building is located in the district of Sagrada Familia, an elegant and quiet area, far from the hustle and bustle of the centre that is still reachable in 15 minutes with the help of metro (the nearest station is Sagrada Familia). Here, you will find one of the most beautiful and famous boulevards, Avinguda Gaudi, full of great restaurants and tapas bars where you can enjoy two of the most emblematic buildings of Barcelona: the Hospital Sant Pau (declared a world heritage site) and the Sagrada Familia Cathedral.
