About monthly – long term rentals in Barcelona.
Our long period rentals are fully equipped and you will immediately have a home from home with everything you need.
We have several monthly / long term rentals in Barcelona with more than a 50% discount on the short term rental prices.
Please bear in mind that during the high season we may not have long term / month rentals available.
The rental process is:
- Booking: Need need to receive a part of the rental to confirm the reservation.
- Arrival day: Remaing rental and deposit to pay & a lease contract and inventory to sign.
- Departure day: Deposit refund and the accounting of the supplies cost.
Monthly and long term rentals may include a fix cost for supplies (water + electricity & gaz). Some tenants leave the heating or A/C on all day long and the apartment supplies become very expensive. On the arrival day we write down the supplies measures and the consumption is deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay.
