This is very cozy apartment of 70 m². It consists of one double bedroom, one bedroom with twin beds, 2 bathrooms, living room with dining area, open plan kitchen and 2 balconies. In the living room with dining there are a double bed sofa, TV and a lot of natural light because of 2 huge windows. In the open plan kitchen you will find everything what you will need for cooking: an oven, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. There are 2 bathrooms: one is with a shower and another only with a toilet. In the apartment there are 2 balconies with great views. As additional amenities there are also a washing machine, international TV channels and heater.
The apartment is located in a very good place: not so far from the beach and from all central places. On the street Via Leitana you will find all types of restaurants and local bars. You can also reach by walking Basilica Santa Maria del Mar: the main basilica in the Born district. This district: Born, it is characterized by its bars. If you want to visit some cultural place, there is History Museum of Catalonia and if you want to shop, you can visit Maremagnum: a huge mall house which is open on weekends too. You will love this place!
