Cozy and bright apartment of 48 m². It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room confortevoe. The apartment is designed for one or two persons. Has air conditioning and there is wifi access.
The apartment is located on the side of Avenida Paralel, close to Montjuic: you can enjoy the mountain and make sport near home. Area full of shops and restaurants to go out at night, very well connected by public transport: the historic centre and the neighbourhoods of Raval and the Gothic can be reached in 10 minutes by Metro.

Check-in and Check-out:Arrivals from 10:00 h. Arrivals after 19:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Weekends and/or public holidays arrivals have an extra charge of €30. Check-out freely according to your schedule. After the departure of each client we reserve two days for a full clean, inspection, and maintenance of the accommodation. |
