This spacious and bright apartment measures in at 68m². It consists of two double bedrooms and a room that can be used as an office which has a desk and big window with lots of natural light. The open-plan kitchen has all the necessary amenities minus a dishwasher. The living room has a dining area and TV. For additional amenities, there is an internet connection, washing machine, air-conditioning and small balcony.
The apartment is located in the Sant Martí area in the Poblenou district. It's a very calm area with lots of local bars and restaurants; it's not so far from the beach. The neighbourhood is very well connected with the rest of the city by public transport. The closest metro station is Llacuna.
