Great loft of 88 m2 with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen which overlooks a small balcony with a small table to eat quietly outside on sunny days. The room has a double bed and the bathroom a shower. The wifi and air conditioning are included in the rental price. Housing is located in the District of Sant Martí just near the Glòries square with its shopping centre and its inescapable Torre Agbar, which you can admire the illuminations at night. In addition it is a short walk from the Metro station through which you can easily reach the heart of Barcelona.
