Nice 3 bedroom exterior apartment with natural light in all rooms. Apartment is located at Horta- Guinardo neighborhood, 15 min walk to emblematic Park Guell and just 30 min by bus or metro to the city centre. The 56 m2 flat consist of 3 furnished bedrooms (1 double room with a balcony and 2 individual rooms), cosy living-dining room with balcony and nice neighborhood view. There is also a big fully equipped autonomous kitchen and bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is situated on a well developed commercial street with lots of supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, beauty salons. The neighborhood is typical Spanish, with his own charm and nothing in common with a busy touristic areas. The area has a good transport infrastructure - bus to the city centre stops just few steps from the building, closest metro station is only at 5 min walking distance. It is is 30 min by bus to Port Olimpic and beaches and 20 min by car to the aeroport. The popular Vall d’Hebron area - with University Hospital complex and lots of sport facilities - is on a 10 min walking distance. The apartment is close to some of the most popular green spots in Barcelona like Park Guell, Parc Guinardo, Park Carmel, Park Crueta El Coll and Parc Laberint and is in walking distance to popular Bunkers of Carmel, which have magnificent panoramic view over the whole Barcelona.
