Reserve your parking spot in the city centre
If you're visiting this wonderful city, one thing you should know is that you won't be able to park on the street... It's practically impossible. Parking spaces on the streets of the Catalan Capital are either Green parking zones (only for residents) or blue (with a maximum stay of 2 hours). During the month of August, the green and blue zones are practically free to park in. But what if you're looking for longer times to park your car in Barcelona?
In the centre of the city there are many private parking garages where you can leave your car. The tariffs of most of them vary between €25 to €40 per day.
However, one such parking lot, called Parking Gran Via, is centric, always monitored by security (24/7, 365 days a year), you can leave and return the garage as many times as you wish, and it costs only €13 per day, €65 per week, or €170 per month.
