The Golden Central Muntaner is located in the Eixample district, characterized by the structure of its streets and is a spacious apartment of 90 m2, with a large lounge, with a large, elegant table for 6 and a comfortable leather sofa. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, a wardrobe, a second flat-screen TV, air conditioning and private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There is also a small balcony that is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom main.
The area is quiet yet central location, outside the typical tourist routes, however not far away you will find all the necessary facilities like restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The area is well served by several means of transportation but you can reach on foot many of the city's attractions: a 10 minutes walk away is the Passeig de Gràcia where you will find la Pedrera and Casa Batlló. 12 minutes to Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The nearest underground stations are Universitat (L1 and L2) and Passeig de Gracia (L4 and L2). The apartment offers parking at € 20 per day.
