This apartment of 70 m² apartment has been renovated recently, so all the furniture is new. The apartment is consists of two double rooms (with double bed each), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kitchenware, etc), a bathroom, a living/dining room with TV, and a zone extra with a desk. The apartment is bright and has two balconies, as well as other amenities such as internet connection and washing machine. The windows have locks with double glazing and shutters, so there will be no unwanted noises.
This apartments is on the left side of l'Eixample district, a few minutes walk from the Paseo de Gracia and the Clinical Hospital. The location is perfect for students of EADA, because the floor is very close from the Center, as well as the University of Barcelona. Thus, you will be in a quiet area, but close to the Centre of the city, since it can be quietly walking to Plaza Catalunya. You can also take the metro at Universitat (L1).
