Duplex penthouse for 4 persons newly renovated. It has high quality furnishings and plenty of natural light. Wooden floors, Catalan vault ceilings and brick walls make it a warm, welcoming and comfortable place. The apartment has two double bedrooms with beds of marriage, two bathrooms with shower and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, Toaster, electric kettle, etc..). There are two balconies of 5 m² with beautiful views of the beach. Wi-Fi and air conditioning included.
The housing is located just 200 metres from la Barceloneta. Is the ideal location for those who want to enjoy the beach every day of the year. In this area there are a variety of restaurants, nightclubs, bars, pubs and much more! The Columbus Monument and the beginning of Las Ramblas are within 20 minutes walking. So, you'll find it very easy to move around the Center on foot. There are also good connections by public transport (bus and metro). The nearest metro station is Barceloneta (L4).
