Neil Young, one of the best singers of his generation

Neil Young is a Canadian rock, country, and folk singer who quickly became popular thanks to his unique toneand voice. This solo singer, once formed part of a band called Crazy Horse when he began his career.

Then he recorded his third album, After the Gold Rush, which was a huge success. From there, he became involved in numerous festivals like Woodstock with the group Crosby, Stills and Nash.

A few years later he returned with a new album Harves with the Stray Gators group, which made it to number one on the US charts and the United Kingdom.

In 1994, the Neil Young paid tribute to his friend and fellow singer, Kurt Cobain, through the album Sleeps with Angels and its famous phrase "It's better to burn out than to fade away". After stringing together albums for ten years until 2005, he suffered a stroke.

Today Neil Young is working alongside Promise of the Real for a joint album called The Monsanto Years, which they are making a world tour to promote, which Barcelona is included and dated for 20 June 2016 at Poble Espanyol.

Poble Espanyol (Spanish Village) is a unique concert venue as it is a tourist attraction to show the difference styles of architecture around Spain. It's the perfect place to catch Neil Young, who seems to have a preference for the atmosphere of outdoor concerts.
