Description of the holiday apartment for rent This studio is located only 5 MINUTES from the BEACH and the beautiful Maritime Walk of Barceloneta. This 10 minutes charming walk will take you to the "Port Vell" and to the Old Town of Barcelona. The apartment 2 rooms and a main space with a completely equipped american kitchen and a living space with TV. The apartment has a lot of daily light since all the windows faces to the quiet Balboa St.

From BARCELONA AIRPORT: Take the RENFE train (line C1) at the "Aeroport" station and get off at "Plaça Catalunya" (4 stops). Then, take the subway (red line-L1) at "Plaça Catalunya" subway station and after 1 stop you should get off at "Urquinaona". There you should transfer to the yellow line (L4) and after 2 stops get off at "Barceloneta". Once there, you can walk to the appartment in 3 minutes with the help of the map we provide you with. Train and subway tickets cost 2'5 Euros per person. A taxi from the airport to the apartment may cost you between 25-30 Euros. From GIRONA AIRPORT: Take the "Sagalés" coach from the airport terminal to Barcelona's coach station "Estació del Nord" (a single ticket costs 11 Euros). From there to the apartment you may take a taxi (around 6 Euros) or go to the subway stop ("Arc de Triomf") you will find nearby. Guarantee deposit

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to provide a guarantee deposit 1000 €. This amount will be returned to you the last day of your stay when you return the keys. Bear in mind that this amount can be used to compensate the owner for any noticeable damage done to the apartment furniture during your stay.
