Comments ATTIC APARTMENT WITH ROOF TOP VIEWS OF BARCELONA. This studio, located 100mtrs from Las Ramblas, is on the top floor of a building known as "El Indio". It´s situated in the heart of the old quarter of Barcelona within walking distance to some of the most interesting sights and places. It´s a warm, bright studio on the fourth floor and receives a lot of natural light. It comes equipped with air conditioning / heating, TV, DVD, stereo, oven, microwave, iron, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and the original fireplace has been conserved. There is a double bed and a double sofa bed for a third and fourth person. The two beds are separated by a curtain, so it´s not ideal for those looking for a lot of privacy but good for a group of friends or two adults with two children. Surrounding the studio is a large terrace, although it can be access by any of the neighbours it´s normally left to this studio and the owner has placed a table, chairs and loungers for clients use. PLEASE NOTE: For arrivals after 21.00hrs there is an additional charge of 25€, and after 23:00hrs of 40€ This charge is not included in the price quoted below. It is to be paid to the landlord on arrival.

From BARCELONA AIRPORT: Take the RENFE train (line C1) at the "Aeroport" station and get off at "Plaça Catalunya" (4 stops). Then, take the subway (green line-L3) at "Plaça Catalunya" subway station and after 1 stop you should get off at "Liceu". Once there, you can walk to the appartment in 5 minutes with the help of the map we provide you with. Train and subway tickets cost 2'5 Euros per person. A taxi from the airport to the apartment may cost you between 25-30 Euros. From GIRONA AIRPORT: Take the "Sagalés" coach from the airport terminal to Barcelona's coach station "Estació del Nord" (a single ticket costs 11 Euros). From there to the apartment you may take a taxi (around 6 Euros) or go to the subway stop ("Arc de Triomf") you will find nearby.
