Comments Attic apartment with great roof terrace and top views to Barcelona. This charming apartment offers up to 6 sleeps (1 double bedroom and 1 double-sofabed). It’s on a 4th floor and it has no elevator. This apartment has been completely renovated on October 2007 and all its furniture is NEW. The ceilings of the apartment have been restored and they keep their wooden beams. It mixes a welcoming character and modern style. The apartment has 3 levels. Level I (35 sqm): Dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, table with 6 chairs, bathroom and a living space with TV, music, desk with WIFi internet connection and 2 confortable sofa-beds. Level II (35sqm): Double room with a modern bathroom and private terrace with a dining table with 6 chairs. Level III (15sqm): Private solarium-terrace with a small table and modern deckchairs for 4 people. Great views to the city and sun ALL day long. Walking distance of all major attractions in the city (3 minutes to Rambla, 10 minutes to the beach). The area is plenty of cafés, restaurants, bakeries and all shops you may need. PLEASE NOTE: For arrivals after 21.00hrs there is an additional charge of 25€, and after 23:00hrs of 40€ . This charge is not included in the price quoted below. It is to be paid to the landlord on arrival.

From BARCELONA AIRPORT: Take the RENFE train (line C1) at the "Aeroport" station and get off at "Plaça Catalunya" (4 stops). Then, take the subway (red line-L1) at "Plaça Catalunya" subway station and after 1 stop you should get off at "Universitat". There you should transfer to the lilac line (L2) and after 1 stop get off at "Sant Antoni". Once there, you can walk to the appartment in 5 minutes with the help of the map we provide you with. Train and subway tickets cost 2'5 Euros per person. A taxi from the airport to the apartment may cost you between 25-30 Euros. From GIRONA AIRPORT: Take the "Sagalés" coach from the airport terminal to Barcelona's coach station "Estació del Nord" (a single ticket costs 11 Euros). From there to the apartment you may take a taxi (around 6 Euros) or go to the subway stop ("Arc de Triomf") you will find nearby.
