Spacious 115 sq m apartment in a classical building that overlooks Plaza Pes de la Palla and Ronda Sant Antoni. Modern and comfortable layout with lots of style. Four bedrooms in total, two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. The living room has a TV and two sofas, each a double sofa-bed. Independent kitchen with all you need to get started cooking. Spacious bathroom with large mirror.

The apartment is well connected with public transport (close to Metro) and is located in Raval, bordering on Eixample. Many attractions are just a short walk away, like MACBA, CCCB, Las Ramblas, and more. There are some great restaurants in the area too, the closest at only 10m away.
