Beautiful apartment situated in a modern building with lift, it covers an area of 85 sq m, and is accompanied by a delightful private terrace. Perfect for a couple, it features a beautiful master bedroom, a stylish and bright living room – dining room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Linen and towels are provided, and the accommodation has all kinds of modern comfort, like iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi and TV.

The building is located in Eixample, very centrally located, close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, the Gothic district and Passeig de Gracia. The neighbourhood preserves some of the finest modernist works of the city, so much that you may feel like you are walking into a large open air museum of architecture! From here, you can walk to most of the major sights, and for everything else, you can use the metro: the nearest underground stations are Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and Urquinaona.

Tourist Tax:

A tourism tax of 2.48 per person per night is not included in the price. Children aged 16 years or less are exempt. The tax is applicable up to 7 nights. The contact person takes the responsibility to collect and pay this tax.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge of 30 €. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Early departures have no extra charge. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected).
