Lovely apartment in a modern building with lift, it covers an area of 65 sq m, and is perfect to accommodate 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a double sofa bed in the living room – dining room, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and a separate kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Linen and towels are provided and included in the price. There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV and DVD.

The building is located in the Eixample district, in a very quiet residential area, far from the hustle and bustle of downtown that you can reach with the help of the metro: the nearest stop is Sant Pau dos de Maig (blue line). In 2-minute walk you will find one of the city's most elegant boulevards, Avinguda Gaudí, where you can get some fresh air and enjoy an aperitif while enjoying two of the most emblematic buildings of Barcelona: the Hospital Sant Pau (declared a world heritage site), and the Sagrada Familia Cathedral.
