Description and details

This quiet and comfortable apartment has a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and three bedrooms. One has a double bed, the second one has 2 single beds and the third one has a trundle bed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. It has also a microwave, blender, coffee maker, hair dryer as well as all the utensils you'll need for your stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is located in front of the Real Puerto Náutico with a lovely view of the Barceloneta district. In just a 1 minute walk you will reach the Mediterranean Sea and a pretty promenade parallel to Barceloneta beach, which runs across the city's coastline. It takes a 5 minute walk to get to the heart of the city, where you can visit the Ramblas and the Gothic quarter.

Form of payment upon arrival: Cash. Rentals with a duration of more than 3 months will be charged on arrival for the first 2 months. The rest can be paid each month depending on the guarantees offered.

Others: The cost of supplies is estimated to be €175/month. Upon arrival customers will need to make a reading of the relevant meters. The actual expenditure may be higher or lower than the estimate depending on level of consumption.

Deposit:

Upon receiving the apartment keys you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 2000.

Payment method: Cash. Refund: Last day in the accommodation.

Check-in and Check-out:

Arrivals from 15:00 h. Early arrivals under request (if apartment is unoccupied). Arrivals after 20:00h have an additional charge of 50 €. Arrivals after 00:00h have an additional charge is €70. Keys will be delivered in the property.

Departures until 11:00 h. Departures before 08:00h have an extra charge of €70. Late departures under request (if no guests are expected). Late departures have a supplement of 50 €.

The location is excellent - close to the beach and the old town. Buses outside the door, Metro on foot in 5 min away.

Payment protection means that you only pay a small part upon reserving. The most important part is that you can be 100% sure that your card will not be used to make any extra charges beyond the initial payment.

In the unlikely scenario that you have to cancel or the apartment isn't at all what you expected you will not need to pay any extra charges to sort it out. All of our apartments have been verified by our team and we take action against any owners who to not abide by our code of good practice.

  1. Reserve via a secure system without giving us your card details. Under no circumstances can we access card details.
  2. Pay on arrival at the accommodation and only a small part upon reserving. Nothing else..

Where is the initial payment made?

The payment is externalized through the most secure and highly specialized online payment systems: PayPal, Skrill, and ING Direct.

Credit card information is never stored on any of our systems, servers, or databases.


Are there other forms of payment protection?

To date, you can find one of the following three payment approaches used by agencies:
