Description and details

This magnificent duplex just 200 meters to the beach is located in Barcelona city. It is composed of 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 single). One of bedrooms has a bathroom with bath. The kitchen is totally equipped with furniture and technic. The spacious living room is very cozy and has TV, sofa, dining area and plenty of light. As additional amenities the apartment has Internet and Air conditioning.

The location is just 10 minutes from the Poblenou district and its main street: Ramblas de Poblenou. The area is very well developed with many supermarkets, restaurants, bars. There is well connected by public transport as well. A big mall center Diagonal Mar is just 400 meters by walk. The nearest metro station is Selva de Mar.
