Description and details

Beautiful dupkeix of 140 m2 which can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you have a Zotero, the living-dining room, the kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom. The parts are very bright with large picture windows overlooking the sea. More apartment is decorated with great taste and is modern. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a suite with a dressing room and a second bathroom. Housing has also of the wifi, air condidtionnee, washing machine and parking.

Located in Diagonal Mar, you are in a few minutes by metro from the old town. This new neighbourhood has many conveniences with a sublime architecture and parks such as Poblenou. The sea is located 15 minutes walk and the Diagonal Mar shopping centre 10 minutes walk. Very well served by public transport you can reach the centre of the city in a few minutes while enjoying the quietness of the city in an idyllic setting.
